How long does a criticality assessment take?+
A typical single-site assessment runs 6–10 weeks, depending on asset count and data availability. Outputs include a ranked register and a refreshed maintenance strategy.
Can you run the programme on an ongoing basis?+
Yes. Many clients move from a project engagement into an embedded programme where SCRI-IS owns the asset management function as a managed service.
How is this different from field services?+
Field services is the hands-on execution; asset management is the strategy, data, and governance behind it. The two work best together.
